that's an interesting idea! Another thought I've been bouncing around is one that I totally am stealing from...festivids I think? Making it so everybody has to request at leeast one Safety fandom which takes less than 5 hours to consume? (So like, not 5 seasons of a tv show, etc) which could make pinch hitting go faster
