It was definitely not! /o\ Thanks for letting us know. We've added "Underage" to the warnings selection, but can't up the limit on number of warnings you can select to 6. We did add a tag for "Opting In To Any Archive Warning" in freeforms, though, so hopefully that will be a fix for this round & we will do better next time.
