Coming November: Heart Attack Exchange

Heart Attack Exchange will happen in November (exact dates TBD) with a minimum of 10k, matching on 1 fandom + 1 relationship, and exactly 2 weeks between the day signups go out and the day assignments are due. It is technically a flash exchange, but there will be one week (at least) between deadline and reveals for editing/PH purposes. Also, over my dead body does someone write 10k and walk away with no gift...but that may lead to the reveals date being pushed, depending on how it all goes.

Maybe, a suggestion, you let pinch hits (written in the week between deadline and reveals, I guess) be 5k min. that way at least those who wrote 10k don't walk away without a gift, but since flash exchange, they *might* get a shorter gift. It seems like a good potential compromise.

And that way *also* your pinch hitters don't necessarily write 10k and get no gift, either :D

that's an interesting idea!
Another thought I've been bouncing around is one that I totally am stealing from...festivids I think? Making it so everybody has to request at leeast one Safety fandom which takes less than 5 hours to consume? (So like, not 5 seasons of a tv show, etc) which could make pinch hitting go faster
