This exchange is focused on post-death reunions. Major character death is pretty much required for it. The reunions don’t have to be romantic. They don’t even have to be pleasant. War buddies reuniting after death, someone getting karmic justice from a victim, star-crossed lovers finally being together in the end...as long as it’s after death and a reunion, it fits.
